The Mission of Bike Denver

The mission of BikeDenver is to promote and encourage bicycling as an energy efficient, non-polluting, healthy, and enjoyable transportation alternative within the City and County of Denver.

Our Goals

We intend to accomplish our mission through the following goals:

  • Support the implementation of the current Denver Bicycle Masterplan
  • Advocate for Denver cyclists with local, regional, state, and national agencies/groups
  • Encourage and/or provide safety education for cyclists and motorists on rights and responsibilities
  • Provide community service, including, but not limited to bike corrals, information booths, and website postings
